My Bio

Art has always been a part of my life, and looking back now I'm not sure I should have departed from it as I did to study Psychology. After three years of student life, a BSc First Class, and a few years experimenting with different vocations - administration, authorship, cake artist, and most recently web development - I have returned to the craft which has brought enjoyment and pride since childhood, and I am experimenting with Digital Art with a view to pursuing a career in this, illustration or similar.

My aim is to find myself grinning from ear to ear from the joy of getting up every day to do something I love.

Devious Journal Entry

Thank you to all the Deviants who have welcomed me in my first week at DA, you made me very excited to be here! I don't feel there's much else I can say right now without pouring my heart out all over the floor, but please believe that it has really been appreciated. I hope I can pass along the enjoyment I'm getting from looking at all this wonderful artwork in the future, as I continue to work and improve my techniques. For now, I'll say it again: thank you! And if you stumble across this and have some words of encouragement for someone both new to digital art and plagued by self doubt, I would be eternally grateful for that too :)
